Editor: Visikid lets parents control, whether the child is safe in the Internet. Instead of blocking and forbidding, the application is teaching the responsibility and obeying the rules.
The small, desktop application on a computer is gathering information about visited websites and started applications. It is also measuring time which the child is spending in front of the monitor. Only parents can turn it off.
Parents as well as a child can access the gathered information. This way both parties can easily verify if common findings, such as time spent at the computer or avoiding inappropriate content, are being obeyed.
Visikid is working perfectly well in case of children beginning the adventure with the computer as well as rebellious teenagers.
